Meet Your Guide: Michael Bungay Stanier

You can call me MBS. That’s what all my friends call me, and I feel that you and I will get there soon.

I’ve always been more interested in asking better questions than having perfect answers. I get a kick out of nudging people toward their best work. I’m drawn to big questions, tiny shifts, and the thrilling awkwardness of figuring things out in public.

I’ve written some books (like Best-Selling The Coaching Habit and The Advice Trap), built some tools, and started a few conversations that seem to have stuck … including A Week of Living Brilliantly.
