Notice someone who tends to get overlooked this week and do one specific thing to bring out their voice.
Draw them into a conversation. Ask for their opinion when no one else does. Tell them you noticed something they did well. When you’re done, go ahead and grab those Quest...
You know the question you’ve been carrying around but haven’t asked yet. The one for your boss, your partner, your friend, or yourself. This is the week. Ask it.
